The following conditions apply:

We deliver within Germany and to all EU countries. If you order by 2 p.m. on weekdays, your package will be dispatched the same day.

🕒 Delivery times:

• Within Germany: 1–3 working days

• To other EU countries: 2–6 working days (after receipt of payment in advance)

📦 Shipping costs:

• Germany: Free shipping for orders over 50 €, otherwise 4.90 €

• Austria: 10,00 €

• Rest of the EU: 19,95 €

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email.

🔁 Returns:

In case of revocation You can either return the item using a return label provided by us or return it at your own expense.
The prices listed below apply to returns in the event of cancellation using our return label:

• Returns within Germany: 4.90 €

• Returns from outside the EU: 14.95 €

You are not obligedto use our return label.
Important NOTE: These regulations apply exclusively within the scope of the right of withdrawal. Warranty claims remain unaffected.

Delivery times & Payment

🕒 How quickly will your order arrive?

If nothing else is stated on the product, your package will arrive in Germany within 1–3 working days after your order.

We do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.

If you've ordered multiple items with different delivery times, we'll ship everything together – based on the item with the longest delivery time (unless we've agreed otherwise with you).

💳 Payment options – you have the choice:

• PayPal

• Instant bank transfer (Klarna)

• Purchase on account (Klarna)

• Amazon Pay

• Google Pay

• Apple Pay

If you pay by credit card, your account will be charged directly when the order is completed.
