The following conditions apply:

We deliver within Germany and to all EU countries. If you order by 2 pm on a weekday, your package will be shipped the same day.

🕒 Delivery times:

• Within Germany: 1–3 working days

• To other EU countries: 2–6 working days (after receipt of payment in case of advance payment)

📦 Shipping costs:

• Germany: Free shipping on orders over €50, otherwise €4.90

• Austria: €10.00

• Rest of the EU: €9.90

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number via email.

🔁 Returns:

In the event of a cancellation You can either return the item using a return label provided by us or return it at your own expense.
The prices listed below apply to returns in the event of cancellation when using our return label:

• Returns within Germany: for free

• Returns from other EU countries: for free

You are not obligatedPlease use our return label.
Important NOTE: These regulations apply exclusively within the framework of the right of withdrawal. Warranty claims remain unaffected.

🕒 How quickly will your order arrive?

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, your package will arrive in Germany within... 1–3 working days after your order.

We do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.

Have you ordered multiple items with different delivery times? Then we will ship everything together – based on the item with the longest delivery time (unless we have agreed otherwise with you).

When paying by credit card, your account will be charged directly upon completion of the order.
