Carefully unpack the topper, unroll it, and allow it to fully unfold. This can 24–48 hours This will take some time. Afterwards, air the topper thoroughly to dissipate any odors from the packaging. Then you can position it evenly on your mattress and use it.

You can usually wash the covers of our products. This applies, for example, to mattress covers, topper covers, pillow covers, and covers for play and sofa beds. Please always follow the care instructions on the respective label.

Yes, many of our covers are removable and machine washable. You can find the exact washing temperature and care instructions on the label of the respective product.

You shouldn't wash the foam itself in the washing machine or soak it completely. You can carefully dab stains with a mild detergent and a little water. Then remove the moisture with a dry cloth and allow the foam to dry completely in a well-ventilated place.

Some of our protective covers are water-repellent and offer additional protection against moisture. Not all covers are waterproof. You can find more detailed information in the respective product description.

The smell usually comes from the plastic packaging and is generally non-toxic. Air the product out thoroughly. The smell typically disappears completely after a few days.
